Bio:
| Dave is originally from Racine, WI where he attended & played varsity volleyball for Racine Horlick High School. Was named first team all-state in 1988 and 1989. Played four years of varsity men's volleyball for Ball State University. Dave has coached for Munciana, Milwaukee Sting and Sports Performance where his teams have won 9 national qualifiers, two 3rd place finishes at JO's, four 5th place finishes at JO's, one championship & two 2nd places finishes at the AAU Championships. Dave is married to Wisconsin Badger Asst coach Colleen Bayer. They have two sons and a daughter, Maxwel, Benjamin and Samantha. Half way to a volleyball starting 6! 2009: Capital 16 Nike Head Coach - finished 3rd at Badger Region Championships, Mizuno NJC and PrepVolleyball.com Classic 2008: Capital 16 Elite Head Coach - finished 11th in 16 open at JVDA Championships. 2005-2008: Volunteer Asst.
